We use your information to send you the content you've requested and respond to your enquiries (based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries you've made), and to send newsletter or resource-related content (based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time). Where you've given clear, specific consent, we may also use your information to refer you to trusted third parties who may be able to help with your enquiry.

Sharing your information with third parties. We will only share your personal information with third parties, including Courbet Partners and Flowlens, where you have given clear, specific consent to that referral. We use the following services to run this website and communicate with you: Webflow (website hosting), Klaviyo (email and form submissions), Google Analytics and Google Search Console (site performance). These providers may process data outside the UK/EEA; where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it. We keep your information for up to 3 years, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is sooner. You can request deletion of your data at any time, see "Your rights" below.
